• Contingency fee: A contingency fee arrangement is typical for personal injury or eminent domain cases. We get paid a percentage of the amount we recover on your behalf. Absolutely no attorney’s fees are charged if we do not obtain a financial recovery for you.
• Flat fee: Our firm receives a predetermined flat fee for Residential Real Estate services and some Real Estate Zoning matters.
• Hourly fee: We provide services at an established hourly rate for business and civil litigation clients.

If you lose your case, you may have to pay the judgment and costs of the other party, however a lawyer can help you determine, in advance, whether you will win or not.
